Bargain retailer B&M has sparked excitement among sweet-toothed shoppers by returning a sought-after Australian Cadbury chocolate bar to its shelves across the UK, perfectly timed for the festive season.
Shoppers Spot Sweet Treat Return
Alert customers on the Newfooduk platform were the first to notice the reappearance of Cadbury Caramilk Slices in local B&M stores. The discovery has prompted many to plan immediate trips to secure the coveted bars before they sell out. The product, which blends caramel and milk chocolate, features a base of chocolate biscuit pieces layered with caramel and vanilla-flavoured creme, all finished with a topping of caramelised white chocolate.
Originally launched by Cadbury in Australia in 2023, the bar quickly gained a cult following internationally. Its return to British shores is welcome news for fans who have been eagerly awaiting another chance to try it.
Noticed Change and Customer Reaction
However, some keen-eyed shoppers have observed a slight alteration in the product. One customer pointed out that the bar, which they recalled being 180 grams, now appears to weigh 167 grams. Despite this change, the reaction online remains overwhelmingly positive.
"It’s smaller! Used to be 180 grams," one shopper commented. Another simply stated, "I bought this last week, it was so nice." A third enthusiastic response read, "This looks amazing. Really need to try it xx."
Another Australian Import Makes a Comeback
The Caramilk Slices are not the only Antipodean delight quietly reappearing in B&M. The budget chain has also begun stocking another Australian favourite: the Cadbury Slices Peanut Caramel bar.
This chocolate bar is filled with peanut-flavoured creme, peanut pieces, and caramel. It was first launched in Australia in June 2024 as part of the Cadbury Slices range, which takes inspiration from popular bakery items found there. Upon its initial release, it was available in major Australian retailers like Woolworths and Coles.
The strategic restocking of these international treats positions B&M as a go-to destination for unique festive snacks, offering British consumers a taste of popular products from abroad just in time for Christmas celebrations.
