Supermarket giant Morrisons has launched a generous new Christmas incentive for its loyalty cardholders, offering them the chance to earn a significant bonus on their festive shopping.
The £50 Weekly Spend Rule
The scheme, named 'Merry More Points', is active from today, 11th November 2025, until Sunday, 14th December 2025. To qualify for the £20 worth of More Points, Morrisons More Card customers must spend a minimum of £50 in four out of five weeks leading up to the deadline.
This flexible rule applies whether customers are doing one large weekly shop or several smaller trips. As long as the total weekly spend hits £50 or more, the transaction will count towards the reward target.
How to Activate and Redeem Your Bonus
The offer is available to all More Card customers, whether they use a physical card or the digital Morrisons More App. To ensure their spending counts, customers must activate the offer. Those using the app can activate 'Merry More Points' within it, while others should scan the activation coupon found on their receipt.
Once a customer accumulates 5,000 points, they have a choice: they can continue saving their points or convert them into Morrisons ‘Fivers’ to redeem both in-store and online, providing a welcome financial boost during the expensive festive period.

Gareth Lloyd, Director of Loyalty at Morrisons, commented on the initiative, stating: “We know Christmas can be an expensive time for many families, so we wanted to give our loyal customers a little extra help in the run-up to the big day.”
He added, “By making it easier to earn More Points, our Merry More Points scheme rewards customers simply for doing their regular shop. Whether they’re topping up the fridge, buying festive treats, or picking up last-minute gifts, every shop at Morrisons brings them closer to a well-earned Christmas bonus.”
This special Christmas promotion enhances the existing Morrisons More Card, which provides rewards for customers throughout the entire year.
