The countdown is on for one of Nottingham's most anticipated charity events of the year. Nottingham Hot Property is returning to take the city by storm with another vibrant evening of live music, unmatched energy, and a spirit of giving back. Taking place on Thursday, 10 July, at Binks Yard, Nottingham's premier canalside entertainment destination, this year's event promises to be a showstopper with a line-up bigger and bolder than ever before.
A Legacy of Giving
Nottingham Hot Property has long been celebrated for its live performances and commendable charitable efforts, bringing together the best of the city's property and construction sector. Since its inception, the event has raised significant funds for local children's charities across the East Midlands through ticket sales and donations on the night, with the aim of improving and enhancing the lives of young people in need.
This year's edition proudly supports Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People, a charity dedicated to providing vital care and support for babies, children, and young people battling life-limiting illnesses, as well as their families.
Rainbows Hospice Partnership
Melanie Bodaly, partnerships development and events manager at Rainbows Hospice, expressed gratitude: "We're incredibly grateful to the Nottingham Hot Property team for making our mission their own this year. Not only will their support help us raise vital funds for babies, children, and young people with serious and terminal conditions in our region, but it will also make our cause stronger and reinforce the compassionate care we aim to bring to local families."
She added: "At Rainbows, we see first-hand the transformative power of music. Our music therapy programme helps those in need with emotional expression, communication, and creates an environment where the vibroacoustic resonance of instruments can engage, relax, and bring pure joy. We're absolutely thrilled to play a part in this year's event and look forward to celebrating the spirit of community, creativity, and compassion that Nottingham Hot Property embodies."
Event Highlights
This year's event will feature an outstanding line-up of live performances, with guests also able to enjoy an array of food and drinks from the Binks Yard outdoor menu while basking in the vibrant atmosphere. Siobhan Goodacre, Nottingham Hot Property trustee, said: "Rainbows supports over 750 babies, children, and young people living with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions in the East Midlands. Through this year's event, we're proud to stand alongside them to support families facing these challenges and offer our advocacy, compassion, and unwavering support to these incredibly brave children and their families."
She continued: "We want the event to give the cause the best possible platform, and with that in mind, this year's event will take inspiration from the charity's rainbow theme, with an evening infused with an extra pop of colour and energy. We cannot wait to, once again, gather everyone across the built environment for a night of music, celebration, and good will."
