A heavily tattooed man from the Midlands has been named as one of the UK's most wanted fugitives. Spencer Lamb, 33, is wanted in connection with cultivating and supplying class A drugs. He has ink across his head, neck, arms, and abdomen, and a scar under his left eye.
Lamb, originally from the Swadlincote area of Derbyshire, is believed to be hiding in Spain, where he has links. Police have stated it is only a matter of time before he is found. He is one of 12 men on the list of the UK's most wanted fugitives believed to be hiding in or having links to Spain.
The list was published on Thursday, May 14, to mark the 20th anniversary of Operation Captura, the National Crime Agency's Most Wanted campaign, run in conjunction with Crimestoppers, the Spanish Ministry of Interior, Spanish law enforcement partners, and UK policing.
Issuing a fresh appeal for information, Rachael Blood from Derbyshire Constabulary's international liaison office said: 'We know that Lamb has family links to south Derbyshire and will no doubt remain in touch with his loved ones. But we have people looking out for him right across the UK and into Spain, so it is only a matter of time before he is located.'
She added: 'We are asking for the public's help to bring this wanted man to justice. If you have any information on Lamb's whereabouts, please get in touch. You can speak to Crimestoppers anonymously. Even if you think the information you have is not relevant, it could be the key piece of intelligence we need to locate him.'
Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. Callers in Spain should call the freephone number 900 926 111, which will be answered by Crimestoppers in the UK, using translation if required. Alternatively, people can fill out an anonymous online form at https://crimestoppers-uk.org/spain.
