West Midlands Police have released CCTV images of a man they want to trace following two sexual assaults in Sutton Coldfield. The incidents occurred near Princess Alice Drive, just three days apart, and no arrests have been made so far.
First Incident on May 19
The first assault took place at approximately 4:55pm on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. A woman was attacked near Princess Alice Drive, prompting an immediate police response. Officers have increased patrols in the area following the incident.
Second Incident on May 22
The second assault happened in the same vicinity around 6:55pm on Friday, May 22, 2026. The proximity in time and location has led detectives to believe the two incidents may be linked.
Police Appeal and Patrols
In a statement, West Midlands Police said: "We want to speak to this man after two incidents of sexual assault in Sutton Coldfield. The first happened near Princess Alice Drive at around 4.55pm on May 19. Then there was another incident in the same area at around 6.55pm on May 22. We've stepped up patrols in the area."
