Vyve coffee shop has confirmed its first Birmingham location in the Bullring shopping centre, bringing speciality coffee, ceremonial-grade matcha and açaí bowls to the West Midlands. The Glasgow-based chain, described as 'mobbed' since opening earlier this year, targets Gen Z and Millennials seeking healthier options without artificial additives.
What Vyve Offers
Vyve's menu features ceremonial-grade matcha, Brazilian açaí bowls, and coffee with more than 20 toppings for açaí and yoghurt bowls. Reviewing the Glasgow branch, Kevin McMonigle said: "Finally tried one and oh my, best açai bowls in town and a pretty decent iced matcha to go with it!" Luca Buono added: "Best açaí I have had in the UK would highly recommend if you're in the area. Very friendly staff and good coffee also."
Expansion Plans
The Bullring opening follows planned branches at Sheffield's Meadowhall and Essex. A launch date is yet to be confirmed. The chain's popularity in Glasgow has drawn large crowds, and the Birmingham branch is expected to attract similar interest.
Local Impact
This marks Vyve's first location in the West Midlands, adding to Birmingham's diverse coffee scene. The Bullring, a major shopping destination, will host the new outlet, which is anticipated to draw health-conscious consumers and coffee enthusiasts.
