Love Island's George Knight Quits Villa After Three Days

Love Island 2026 star George Knight has reportedly quit the show and left the villa after just three days. The 28-year-old footballer entered the villa alongside Yasmin Hadlow as the first bombshells of the series, quickly becoming a central figure after being tasked with dumping two Islanders within 24 hours.

George Knight's Exit

Tabloids have confirmed George's departure, with a Love Island spokesperson stating: "For private reasons, George has left the Love Island villa." A source added: "Duty of care for the Islanders is paramount so at this stage any further comment will come from George. Bosses and viewers alike had been loving his contribution."

What Led to His Departure?

After getting to know Robyn Langton, George decided to dump Samraj Toor, hoping to pursue Mica Harris. Yasmin, meanwhile, chose to send Ellie Chadwick home to explore her connection with Aidan Murphy. Unbeknownst to them, the dumped Islanders were not actually axed and are set to return in tonight's episode.

At the time of writing, only private reasons have been cited for George's exit, and ITV has stated that any further comment will come from George himself. Despite his sudden departure, it has been confirmed that George will appear on tonight's episode.

Love Island continues on ITV2 and ITVX tonight at 9pm.
