A nursery in Sutton Coldfield has been honoured with a prestigious national award, recognising its exceptional standards of customer satisfaction and trust.
Elite Status for Outstanding Performance
Langley Gorse Day Nursery and Pre-school is one of only 37 nurseries across the Partou group to be admitted into the exclusive Reputation '900 Club'. This award is considered the gold standard for elite customer satisfaction and brand trust within the industry. The accolade was officially announced in January 2026.
Performance for the award is rigorously assessed by analysing a comprehensive suite of online metrics. These include customer reviews, social media engagement, survey results, digital reach, and overall online visibility. The '900 Club' status, launched in 2025, is an extension of the popular '800 Award'. It is based on a proprietary Reputation Score that measures a company's ability to collect, understand, and crucially, apply customer feedback to create superior experiences.
A Remarkably Exclusive Achievement
The scale of this achievement is underscored by the exclusivity of the club. In 2025, while 13.5% of all businesses using the Reputation platform achieved the '800 Award', a mere 0.8% earned a place in the '900 Club'. Langley Gorse Day Nursery and Pre-school distinguished itself with an impressive score of 924, firmly placing it among the 'best of the best' in its market.
Partou, the nursery's provider, is one of the UK's largest day nursery operators and forms part of the leading childcare group in the Netherlands. The success of its 37 settings highlights a group-wide commitment to excellence.
Leadership Praise for Dedicated Teams
Anthony Gaskell, Reputation's Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, praised the accomplishment. "We are incredibly proud to support Partou as they celebrate the 37 nurseries reaching the prestigious '900 Club' status," he said. "This achievement is a testament to the relentless dedication of their teams at each site to provide world-class early years education."
Mr Gaskell, a father of three, added: "It’s amazing to see how Reputation's partnership with Partou plays a role in such a high standard of operational and educational excellence."
Samantha Rhodes, Partou's Managing Director, echoed this sentiment, linking the award to the company's core philosophy. "We believe strongly in development for the children and the teams of dedicated professionals who care for them," she stated.
"Through continuous learning across all our settings, we strive to help everyone reach their full potential. This includes engaging with families in as many ways as possible to gain the highest possible levels of feedback, enabling us to keep raising the bar across every area of activity. Having so many Partou nurseries join the ‘900 Club’ is welcome recognition of these efforts."
The award solidifies Langley Gorse Day Nursery's position as a top-tier provider in Sutton Coldfield, demonstrating how proactive engagement with family feedback directly translates into recognised excellence in early years care and education.
