The Australian jungle is about to get a heavy dose of Manchester flair as award-winning rapper Aitch has officially entered I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! for its 2025 season.
Leaving his lavish lifestyle behind, the artist will compete against a camp of celebrities including former England footballer Alex Scott and social media personality Angry Ginge, all vying for the coveted title of King of the Jungle. Ahead of the challenges, Aitch revealed one luxury item he'd crave is spicy chipotle mayo to make the basic rice and beans diet more palatable, quipping, "It's not Michelin star is it, but it will work though."
From Moston to the Main Stage: Aitch's Meteoric Rise
Aitch is 25 years old and hails from Moston, a suburb of Manchester. Before heading to Australia, he expressed his excitement, saying he was "buzzing" to be on the show and that the iconic I'm A Celeb theme tune alone gets him "gassed".
His journey to fame began in 2018 when a freestyle video titled "Straight Rhymez" went viral, catapulting him into the national spotlight and attracting attention from major record labels. Building on this initial success, he has since collaborated with music giants like Stormzy and Ed Sheeran.
His debut album, 2022's Close to Home, was a chart-topping success described as a love letter to his roots. He has recently returned to his classic hip-hop sounds with the release of his new album, "4".
Family, Romance, and Raising Awareness
As of November 2025, Aitch is single. His past relationships have included Australian influencer Lola Thompson and model Taylor Mullings. He also had a brief, much-discussed romance with Amelia Dimoldenberg of Chicken Shop Date fame, though many speculated it was a publicity stunt.
Family is central to the rapper's life. He has two younger sisters, Hattie and Gracie, who are non-identical twins. His sister Gracie has Down syndrome and is a profound inspiration to him. He publicly dedicates his song "My G" to her.
Demonstrating his commitment, Aitch climbed Mount Kilimanjaro earlier this year for the Down Syndrome Association (DSA), raising an incredible over £160,000 for the charity.
Fans can follow his jungle journey and his typically "boujee" life on his Instagram, @aitch, where his bio now proudly declares: "MANS IN THE JUNGLE !"
