Birmingham City Council has unveiled its latest list of properties set for sale this month, with seven significant assets going under the hammer. The auction, scheduled for March 26, includes a diverse range of lots such as land parcels, a community centre, commercial units, and even a former cemetery office. These properties will be featured in Bond Wolfe's upcoming auction, which commences at 8.30am on Thursday, March 26, offering investors and developers unique opportunities in key areas of the city.
