The season has been nothing short of an emotional rollercoaster for Albion fans. And it will have been just as worrying and nail-biting for owner Shilen Patel, whose second full season in charge of the club has been a nightmare.

Patel has been a regular at recent games, more than he usually would be, although he has been at The Hawthorns for a host of games since he took charge of the club.

Ipswich thought they had won it on 70 minutes when former Baggie Cedric Kipre turned home from close range. The goal saw jubilant reactions from the Ipswich directors, as Patel and Mark Miles, who returned to the club earlier this year, watched on. But that soon turned to relief as they were pictured in the box after the game clapping the Albion players.
