Aston Villa have been advised to make a decisive summer move for West Ham United's star winger Jarrod Bowen, should the London club suffer relegation from the Premier League.
Villa's Rise Under Emery Creates Attractive Proposition
Since Unai Emery's arrival in 2022, Aston Villa have transformed into a formidable force. The club is now firmly in the hunt for a Champions League spot, sitting third in the table after 20 games and just six points behind leaders Arsenal and Manchester City. This impressive project, combined with the potential of elite European football next season, makes Villa a highly attractive destination for top players.
The Midlands side narrowly missed out on a top-four finish on the final day of the last campaign, a disappointment they are determined to rectify. Their next challenge is an away fixture against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.
West Ham's Peril and Bowen's Uncertain Future
The call for Villa to target Bowen stems from West Ham's precarious position. Following a 2-1 home defeat to Nottingham Forest, the Hammers are 18th in the league and seven points from safety, putting them at serious risk of dropping into the Championship alongside Wolves and Burnley.

Bowen represents a proven Premier League performer who would significantly bolster Villa's attacking options. He has scored 80 goals in 258 appearances for West Ham, including six this season, following a prolific spell at Hull City where he netted 54 times in 131 games.
