How to Claim Your Free Tickets
To claim your free pair of tickets, you must act quickly as availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will be emailed to you from Arena Racing Company approximately two to three days prior to the event. It is important to note that this promotion is subject to availability and specific terms and conditions apply.
Key Terms and Conditions
This promotion covers all fixtures and will remain open for entry until the closing dates listed or until all tickets for a particular fixture are redeemed, whichever occurs first. Each race event has specific closing dates for ticket claims.
The offer is syndicated across various media outlets, including the Daily Star, Daily Mirror, Daily Express, and regional publications such as the Newcastle Chronicle and Birmingham Mail. Tickets are limited to 5,000 per fixture, equivalent to 2,500 pairs, and are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
To enter the promotion, participants must be over 18 years of age. They need to choose their preferred fixture, fill in their full name and email address. Successful applicants will receive an automated email with ticket information, while unsuccessful ones will be notified accordingly. It is advisable to check junk email folders as emails may be filtered there.
Each entrant is limited to one pair of tickets for one fixture only. If you have already purchased tickets for a named fixture, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Free ticket recipients must provide proof of identity at the venue alongside the e-tickets under the same name.
