Octopus Energy has made a significant announcement for UK customers with the launch of 'Octopus Fleet' - described as a one-stop shop designed to simplify the electrification of business fleet operations. The energy provider, which ranks as the UK's largest and competes with British Gas, EDF Energy, EON Next, and OVO, stated that this new rollout offers an ultimate mix-and-match of smart solutions.
Comprehensive Smart Solutions for Fleet Electrification
The Octopus Fleet program provides businesses with a tailored system built from Octopus's world-class suite of technology-packed products. Key offerings include fleet payment tools, cutting-edge home and public charging infrastructure, all-around tariffs, and installations for electric vehicle (EV) chargers, solar panels, or batteries. This allows fleets to significantly reduce running costs through clean technology adoption.
Businesses can benefit from access to Europe's largest public charging network, 'Electroverse', which provides one-tap access to over 1.3 million charge points globally across more than 50 countries. Additionally, fleets will receive the Octopus Fleet Charging Card for seamless top-ups during the transition to electric vehicles and the Octopus Visa-powered Business Payments Card to easily pay, track, and save on expenses like charging, meals, car washes, and tolls.
