A young boy has been left with serious injuries following a collision with a bus in the Warwickshire town of Bedworth.

A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service confirmed that crews discovered a bus and a child pedestrian had been involved in the collision upon arrival. The boy received immediate treatment for his serious injuries at the roadside before being transported by land ambulance to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire for further specialist care.
