Tyneside-based technology firm Aspire Technology Solutions has significantly broadened its national presence through the strategic acquisition of Scottish managed service provider NVT Group. This move represents the company's third acquisition within the past two years, underscoring its aggressive expansion strategy across the United Kingdom.
Strategic Growth and Market Expansion
The acquisition of NVT Group, headquartered in Bellshill, North Lanarkshire, forms a crucial component of Aspire's ongoing UK growth initiative. By integrating NVT Group, Aspire Technology Solutions enhances its footprint in Scotland, leveraging the established market presence of the Bellshill business, which was founded in 1988.
NVT Group supports over 90 organizations with a dedicated team of 49 experienced employees, all of whom have transferred to Aspire as part of the deal. The combined operations will be managed from Aspire's Glasgow hub, ensuring continuity and strengthened service delivery.
