Martyn James is urging all affected customers to follow these three steps immediately to enhance their account security:

  2. Change Your Online Banking Password: Update your password through the settings section of your online banking account. Ensure the new password is long, complex, and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters to make it difficult for hackers to guess.
  3. Enable Two-Step Authentication: Activate two-step authentication (also known as two-factor authentication) for an added layer of security. This feature requires a second form of verification, such as a code sent to your mobile device, making it much harder for unauthorized users to access your account.
