Christmas has arrived early for shoppers as Debenhams unveils its spectacular festive campaign featuring a trio of British celebrities. The online department store has enlisted television presenter Olivia Attwood, comedian Judi Love, and football pundit Peter Crouch to bring seasonal magic directly to our doorsteps.
From Quiet Street to Festive Spectacle
The campaign film, titled Debenhams Delivered, opens on an ordinary residential street where an exhausted mother expresses bewilderment at how quickly Christmas has arrived. Without warning, this tranquil scene erupts into a vibrant theatrical parade that sweeps through the neighbourhood.
Leading the procession is Olivia Attwood, dressed as a dazzling drummer girl and setting the festive rhythm. The television personality and podcaster brings her characteristic energy to the role, marching at the head of the unexpected celebration.
Star-Studded Cast Brings the Magic
Perched dramatically atop a towering staircase built into a high-heel shoe parade float, Judi Love works her comedic charm by rallying neighbours to join the festivities. The comedian and presenter transforms reluctant onlookers into eager party guests, capturing the campaign's spirit of community connection.
In perhaps the most surprising casting, Peter Crouch appears decked out in enormous white angel wings, crowning a giant gift tree with the enthusiastic declaration: "Christmas - let's have it!" The former footballer turned broadcaster embraces his heavenly role with characteristic humour.
The production features trumpeters blaring festive tunes and flapper-style dancers adding to the surreal spectacle. The story cleverly captures the mixed emotions many experience during the festive season, from neighbours already fully decorated in tinsel to those struggling to find their Christmas spirit.
Stars Share Their Festive Thoughts
Olivia Attwood commented on her involvement, saying: "Too soon for Christmas? Not on my watch! This campaign is bursting with sparkle, laughter, and a touch of mischief - exactly how I like my festive season."
Peter Crouch added with his trademark humour: "I've never been an angel before, but this might be my best role yet. It's fun, it's bold, and it captures that moment we all need when Christmas finally kicks in."
Judi Love reflected the feelings of many Britons when she noted: "We've all had those moments where Christmas feels like a bit too much, but once the music starts and the lights come on, you can't help but get swept up in it. That's what this film does - it brings the joy right to your doorstep."
Dan Finley, CEO at Debenhams Group, explained the thinking behind the campaign: "This year's 'Debenhams Delivered' campaign captures the moment when the magic of Christmas quite literally lands on your doorstep. At its heart, it's about connection – bringing people together through joy, laughter and the ease of finding everything you need in one place."
He added: "With familiar faces like Olivia Attwood, Peter Crouch and Judi Love leading the celebration, the film captures that unmistakable British warmth and humour. We want our customers to feel that same sense of sparkle and magic this Christmas."
The campaign was released on 28th November 2025, marking the beginning of the festive shopping season for the renowned department store. Debenhams continues its tradition of creating memorable Christmas advertisements that combine celebrity appeal with genuine emotional resonance.
