VisitEngland announced its 2025 Accolades, honouring attractions that deliver an exceptional and memorable experience for every visitor. The awards highlight those venues that go above and beyond in their service and storytelling.

Dudley Zoo & Castle was a winner, receiving the Best Told Story Accolade. This award is given to attractions that excel at interpretation and are the best at sharing their special stories with the public.
Red House Glass Cone in Stourbridge also secured the Best Told Story Accolade, celebrating its unique heritage and engaging narrative.
Black Country Living Museum in Dudley earned the coveted Gold Accolade. This top honour is reserved for attractions that demonstrate excellence across all areas of their operation.
