In a significant development for the West Midlands, construction has finished on the new UK headquarters for global digital display firm Allsee Technologies.
A New Hub for Digital Innovation
The project, which has now reached practical completion, is situated in the West Longbridge area of Birmingham. The 63,500 sq ft complex was delivered by Warwick-based main contractor MCS Group.
The design and build scheme features a purpose-built warehouse and a modern, three-storey office complex. The development also includes substantial car parking and external works, bringing fresh investment and high-skilled employment to one of the country's most significant regeneration zones.
Driving the West Longbridge Transformation
This new headquarters forms a crucial part of the wider West Longbridge regeneration programme. This ambitious project is transforming 140 hectares of former industrial land into a thriving, mixed-use community.
The overall masterplan for the area is projected to create approximately 10,000 new jobs

Baoli Zhao, Managing Director at Allsee Technologies, expressed his pride in the new facility.
