Tommy Fury has issued a major update on the name of his second child, revealing that "all will be revealed" very soon. The boxer, who is the younger brother of Tyson Fury, welcomed a baby boy with partner Molly-Mae Hague earlier this month, sparking widespread speculation about the name.
The couple, who already have a daughter named Bambi Fury, have kept the name under wraps since the birth in early June. Speaking ahead of his upcoming boxing match against former World's Strongest Man Eddie Hall, Fury told Mirror Fighting that he has been asked more about the baby's name than the fight itself.
"All will be revealed on Saturday night. I'm looking forward to it," Fury said. "I think I've been asked more about the name than the actual fight."
Balancing Fatherhood and Boxing
Fury described the past week as a "huge blessing" and expressed his happiness. "I've had a smile on my face all week. Everything's gone smoothly; Molly's happy, everyone's happy. So it's just about getting on to fight night, getting that done, and enjoying the summer with the family," he added.
The former Love Island star spent 10 weeks away from his family to prepare for the challenge of facing the 30-stone Hall. He said he is focused on the fight but looks forward to returning to nappy duties afterward. "I've got an amazing partner back home and she understands the job ahead. I'll get the job done on Saturday and return home to change some nappies," he said.
Fatherhood Philosophy
Fury also shared his thoughts on raising his two children. "I've got a boy and a girl now and it's just unbelievable. I'll teach them to grow up with manners just like I was taught, and to mind their P's and Q's. I don't really care what they do for a living; they can do whatever they want. I'll be very supportive of what they want to do, as long as they're respectful kids," he explained.
The fight against Eddie Hall is set to take place on Saturday night in Fury's hometown, adding to the excitement of what he calls "the best week you could ever ask for."
