Police have issued a major update after two men were stabbed during a violent disorder in Smethwick last week. The incident occurred on Foundry Lane on Tuesday, May 26.
West Midlands Police has now charged two more teenagers, both aged 18, in connection with the incident. Brendan Singhor, from Birmingham, has been charged with two counts of attempted murder, wounding, and possession of an offensive weapon. Jayden Smith, also from Birmingham, has been charged with possession of an offensive weapon. They were remanded to appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court on Thursday, June 4.
This development follows the earlier arrest of two 18-year-old men as part of the investigation. In total, three men and two teenagers have now been charged following the disorder.
