Identical twins from the West Midlands have been living together and wearing matching clothes for 82 years, earning them the title of the UK's oldest living twins.
Lifelong bond
Barbara and Brenda, 82, from Birmingham, have shared a home their entire lives and have always dressed alike. Their sisterly bond is so strong that they have never been apart for more than a few hours.
According to the twins, they have never argued or fallen out, and they finish each other's sentences. 'We are best friends as well as sisters,' they said.
Matching wardrobe
The twins have a wardrobe full of identical outfits, which they have worn since childhood. They even coordinate their hairstyles and accessories. 'We have always liked to dress the same,' they explained. 'It makes us feel closer.'
Their matching clothes have become a trademark, and they are often recognized in their local community. Friends and family say it is impossible to tell them apart at first glance.

A spokesperson for the Guinness World Records confirmed that Barbara and Brenda are the oldest living twins in the UK. 'They have an incredible story of companionship and unity,' the spokesperson said.
