Boston’s Strongest and Food Fest Return July 19

Boston is set to host a spectacular celebration of strength and local flavors later this summer. The popular Boston’s Strongest competition and the Boston Food Fest will both return to the Market Place on July 19.

Families can enjoy the festivities from 10am until 6pm with completely free entry for all spectators. This year features a brand-new Kids Zone with free face painting, balloon modelling, and fun workshops to keep children entertained. Visitors will see incredible athletes from across the UK and Europe compete in five demanding categories for trophies and cash prizes. The challenges include legendary feats such as pulling a lorry and lifting massive atlas stones.

England’s Strongest Man, Dean Mason, will oversee the action alongside special guest referee Tyler Smith. While the athletes compete, the Market Place will be filled with a huge variety of street food traders and local stalls.
