Alison Hammond to Host Netflix's Bridgerton Podcast for Season 4
Alison Hammond lands new role hosting Bridgerton podcast

Beloved TV presenter Alison Hammond is swapping the ITV studios for the ton, landing a major new role hosting the official podcast for the upcoming fourth season of Netflix's hit period drama, Bridgerton.

From This Morning to the Ton

Known for her infectious energy on This Morning and as co-host of The Great British Bake Off, Hammond will take the reins of Bridgerton: The Official Podcast. The series is produced by Netflix and Shondaland and will be released alongside the new season. A self-confessed superfan, Hammond will delve into the show's latest scandals and romance across six episodes.

Interviewing the New Leads and More

Hammond's first guests will be the season's new romantic leads. Luke Thompson reprises his role as Benedict Bridgerton, who this season finds his match in newcomer Yerin Ha, playing the mysterious Sophie Baek (aka the Lady in Silver). Further interview guests are being kept under wraps for now, promising more exciting reveals from the cast and creative team.

The podcast will be easily accessible for fans. Viewers in the US can listen directly on Netflix, while audiences elsewhere can find it on YouTube. For those on the move, audio versions will be available on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

A Global Bridgerton Celebration

The podcast is just one part of a major promotional push for the show's return. Netflix has confirmed a live-stream of the season premiere in Paris on 14th January, fan events in over 20 countries including the UK, and brand collaborations.

Netflix's Chief Marketing Officer, Marian Lee, said the plans are designed to delight the show's passionate global audience, stating romantic stories are "truly universal".

Bridgerton season 4, part 1 premieres on Netflix on 29th January 2026, with the first podcast episode dropping the same day. Part 2, and the final three podcast episodes, will follow on 26th February.
