A popular Birmingham fast food chain is set to reopen later this month after a significant refurbishment. The Chopstix restaurant on Bull Street will welcome customers again from 11am on Tuesday, May 19.
Reopening Giveaways and Celebrations
The upgraded store is offering a range of freebies to mark the occasion. The first 100 customers will receive a free medium box, and 1,000 portions of spring rolls will be given away throughout the day. Diners will also have the chance to win free merchandise, discount vouchers, and app points during the reopening.
Refurbished Store Features
The updated restaurant now includes seating for 19 diners and has created three additional jobs. Gareth Brannigan, head of new store openings for Chopstix, said: "In each location that we invest in, we’re always looking at how we can improve the experience for our customers. The refurbishment in Birmingham is a great example of that, creating a fresh, modern space for customers to enjoy their favourite Chopstix dishes. It’s an exciting time for the brand as we continue to grow and evolve, and we’re looking forward to welcoming customers back to the refreshed store."

Chopstix focuses on Asian flavours in a quick and accessible way, making it a firm favourite with Brummies. The menu includes takeaway classics such as sweet and sour chicken and salt 'n' pepper chicken, as well as fresh flavours like the spicy firecracker chicken with garlic and chilli seasoning. Brand favourites such as chicken katsu curry and caramel drizzle chicken are also available.
