Love Island's Charleen Murphy has opened up about her dramatic beauty transformation in a revealing video online, detailing every surgical and non-surgical procedure she has undergone before entering the villa as a Casa Amor bombshell. The 27-year-old Irish influencer, who turned heads with her stunning appearance and instantly caught Kavan's attention, is not shy about her past tweakments.
Honest TikTok Confession
In an honest TikTok clip, Charleen explained: "I've seen people do videos about things they've had done to their face, so I thought I'd do one as well." She began by admitting to lip filler, confessing she experienced "lip blindness" and kept getting more filler until her lips were "like balloons." About two years ago, she had it all dissolved and now opts for subtle top-ups of 0.5ml or less.
"I found when my lips were so big, my whole face looked swollen, it was really bad," she said.
Fat Dissolver and HIFU Treatments
Charleen then revealed she used fat dissolver on her chin and jawline, undergoing the treatment three times. While it made a difference, she noted stubborn fat remains that would require surgery to remove entirely. She also underwent HIFU, a skin-tightening laser treatment on her chin and jawline.
Rhinoplasty and Breast Augmentation
The Love Island star confirmed she had a nose job two years ago to remove a bump on her side profile. "I hated my side profile and that's all I wanted done to it, really. I didn't want much done, just the bump gone," she shared. She documented her breast augmentation on social media but not the rhinoplasty, adding that most people didn't notice the change.
"To be honest, I could have just said nothing and not tell anyone because no one actually noticed that I'd had it done. Everyone is like 'I think you look the same!'," she said.
Botox for Medical and Cosmetic Reasons
Charleen also discussed her love of Botox, specifically masseter Botox for medical reasons related to teeth grinding and jaw clenching. "If you grind your teeth, clench your teeth, which I do when I'm anxious, my muscles were overgrown basically and actually causing pain," she explained. She also has forehead Botox for frown lines and around her eyes, though she noted she might skip eye Botox in the future as it affects her ability to express herself.
