Hollywood Vampires 2026 UK Tour: Johnny Depp & Alice Cooper Head to Birmingham
Hollywood Vampires 2026 Tour: Birmingham Date Announced

Rock supergroup the Hollywood Vampires will make a triumphant return to British stages in the summer of 2026, with a major tour that includes a highly-anticipated stop in Birmingham.

Supergroup Announces Major Summer Tour

The band, a powerhouse collective featuring Hollywood icon Johnny Depp and rock legend Alice Cooper, alongside Aerosmith's Joe Perry and musician Tommy Henriksen, will embark on their first live run in nearly three years. The tour promises to deliver a series of unforgettable nights across the UK and Europe.

The UK leg will commence at London's The O2 on August 12, before the band performs seven further dates across the nation. The Birmingham show is scheduled for Wednesday, August 19 at the Utilita Arena. This marks a welcome return for the group, who last performed in the city in 2023.

Birmingham's Rock and Roll History with the Stars

Birmingham holds a particular place in the recent history of the Hollywood Vampires' members. The 2023 concert followed a notable visit by Johnny Depp to the city in 2022. During that trip, the megastar stayed at the Grand Hotel and famously generated headlines with a £50,000 bill at Varanasi, an Indian restaurant on Broad Street, which he reportedly declared served 'the best curry ever'. That visit was for a performance with guitarist Jeff Beck at Symphony Hall.

The band itself was formed in 2015, born from a shared passion for classic rock and a tongue-in-cheek desire to honour their 'dead, drunk friends' by playing the music of rock's lost heroes. Their name pays homage to Alice Cooper's infamous 1970s celebrity drinking club.

How to Secure Tickets for the Arena Show

In a statement, the band expressed their excitement: "After almost three years away, we’re finally coming back to tour the UK and Europe — We’re looking forward to Incredible crowds, massive energy and more unforgettable nights. See you all soon!" The European tour will continue after the UK dates, concluding in Italy during September.
