Joe & The Juice, the Danish juice bar and coffee concept beloved by celebrities and influencers, will open its first standalone Birmingham store at the Bullring this week. The new store is set to welcome shoppers on Friday, May 15.
Location and Design
The store is located on the upper mall of the Bullring, in the space formerly occupied by Soho Coffee, above Five Guys. Designed with Joe & The Juice's Scandinavian heritage in mind, the store features the brand's recognisable open kitchen layout, minimalist interiors, and natural materials.
Customer Experience
Shoppers will be able to recharge with juice or coffee while enjoying the full Joe & The Juice experience. The new space integrates the Joe app, allowing customers to preorder, skip the queue, and earn rewards. Orders can also be placed through Uber Eats, Just Eat, and Deliveroo.

We're bringing the full Joe & The Juice experience with locally roasted coffee, fresh juices, and our signature sandwiches to the heart of the city. To celebrate, we're honouring Birmingham's rich textile heritage with a launch activation inspired by the city's creativity and culture."
Launch Day Celebrations
To mark the opening, the store will be transformed into a full western-themed oasis, inspired by the spirit of the Bullring and cowboy culture with a 'grab life by the horns' attitude. Between 10am and 6pm, visitors can customise their own bandanas at an exclusive personalisation station, paying homage to Birmingham's textile heritage. The first 100 customers in store will receive a free juice.
Menu Highlights
The brand is famous for its 'tunacado' sandwich, which has gone viral on social media. Other food items include the JOEs Spicy Caesar (chicken, tabasco, arugula, grana padano, caesar dressing, turkey bacon, and Joe's classic bread), as well as yoghurt and acai bowls. Signature juices include Hydration Station, Feel Good, and JOEs Green Mile, alongside Sports Juice, Iron Man, Pick Me Up, and Hell Of A Nerve.
Opening Hours
The Bullring Joe & The Juice will be open Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm, and Sunday from 10am to 5pm.
