Married At First Sight Australia's Bec Zacharia has addressed rumours that she is dating a male escort after her split with Danny Hewitt at Final Vows. Following a tumultuous experience on the show, Bec has reportedly moved on with Marcus Rich, a former soldier turned male escort.
Heading into Final Vows, Bec anticipated a fairytale ending where Danny would profess his love. Instead, Danny brutally ended their relationship, citing various concerns. Since the heartbreaking episode aired, Bec has spoken about her new romance with Marcus, who, like Danny, is heavily tattooed and British.
Appearing on the MAFS Funny podcast, Bec stated: "Him being a sex worker for me, it's not a factor because it's a job. I look at the person, not the job. If I were in a relationship with an escort, it would be monogamous. I would compartmentalise the work aspect."
Podcast host Joshua Fox expressed concerns that Marcus might be using Bec. She responded: "Maybe I am getting used. But how will I know if I don't go headfirst into it? Have I learnt nothing from Danny? What's wrong with me?"
