A new Miniso store is set to open at Merry Hill Shopping Centre today, Friday, June 5, at 12pm. Located next to Footlocker, the shop will stock best-selling blind boxes, plushies, vinyl collectibles, and more.
First Merry Hill Location
The brand already has two branches in Birmingham city centre, at the Bullring and Grand Central, but this marks its first outlet in Merry Hill. The new 260-square-metre store will feature brands like Hello Kitty and Friends, Disney, Sylvanian Families, and Pokémon.
Star Wars Collection
Miniso's highly anticipated Star Wars collection will also be available at the Merry Hill store. The pop culture and lifestyle brand is bringing a fresh and playful retail experience to the heart of the West Midlands from June 5, 2026, at 12pm.
Opening Day Celebrations
The first 200 customers who spend a minimum of £5 will receive a special goodie bag filled with surprises. There will also be a live drummer and a meet-and-greet with the brand's mascot, PenPen.
