A new outdoor toddler play area is set to open at Hockerhill Adventure Playbarn, located on the Chillington Hall Estate in Brewood, Staffordshire, approximately 45 minutes from Birmingham. The space is specifically designed for children aged zero to four years old.
Details of the new outdoor space
The development will include a shaded zone with age-appropriate slides, play features, toys, and musical instruments. The existing sandpit will be relocated to a more spacious area. The aim is to provide a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where younger children can develop confidence, coordination, and creativity.

Construction timeline
Construction is expected to begin in June 2026 and be completed by the second week of July 2026, with minimal disruption to existing facilities. The new area will open in time for the summer holidays.
