Aldi has announced the return of its popular £5 school uniform bundle, set to launch on Sunday, June 28. The supermarket chain confirmed that the eagerly anticipated deal will be available as part of its weekly Specialbuys range, meaning stock is limited and once sold out, it will not be replenished.
What Is Included in the Bundle?
The bundle, designed for children aged 4 to 12 years, includes two polo shirts, a sweatshirt or cardigan, and a choice of trousers, skirt, or cargo shorts. Individual items can also be purchased separately, starting from just £1.50. The range comes in various colours and sizes, ensuring families can find the right fit for their children.
Quality Guarantee
Aldi continues to back its products with a 12-month satisfaction guarantee, giving parents peace of mind that the uniforms are built to last. A spokesperson for Aldi stated: "We are committed to providing affordable, high-quality school essentials that help families save money without compromising on durability."
Additional Offers Available
Alongside the bundle, Aldi will offer a range of other school-related items. In 2025, deals included a two-pack of classic or jersey pinafores for £6.99, jersey trousers for £2.49, and a three-pack of shirts for £3.69. For basics, a three-pack of tights is priced at £3.99, while ankle and knee-high socks are available at £2.49 for five pairs.
Leather shoes are priced at £8.99, and a selection of sports items will also be on offer. Due to popular demand, Aldi's football boots in sizes 10-5 are returning at £9.99.
Competitive Pricing
Aldi's £5 bundle is significantly cheaper than similar offers from rival supermarkets such as Sainsbury's, Lidl, Morrisons, Asda, and Tesco, making it a highly anticipated event for families across the UK. The supermarket has branches in Birmingham and nationwide.
As with all Specialbuys, availability is limited, so shoppers are advised to arrive early to secure their bundle. Aldi confirmed that once the clothing has been snapped up, it will not be restocked.
