Pepsi has announced the launch of three new flavours in its Zero Sugar range, set to hit shelves next week. The new varieties include Salted Caramel, Raspberry Ripple, and Cherry & Vanilla, all of which will be available exclusively at Tesco stores from May 18.
Raspberry Ripple Returns
Among the new offerings, Raspberry Ripple is a returning fan-favourite that was discontinued in March 2014. Fans have long pleaded for its comeback, and Pepsi has responded with a creamier twist inspired by the classic ice cream flavour. The new version promises a richer taste experience compared to the original.
Exclusive Deals
Shoppers eager to try the Salted Caramel flavour will find it only at Tesco as part of an exclusive partnership. This move follows Coca-Cola's reintroduction of its Cherry Float flavour to UK supermarkets in February. Coca-Cola described its new offering as a mix of bold cherry, creamy vanilla, and endless fizz—a modern take on a soda fountain classic—as part of the company's global expansion for 2026.
A spokesperson for Coca-Cola stated: “Crafted to deliver the taste of a Cherry Coke float – without ice cream or dairy – the beverage blends Coca‑Cola Cherry with smooth, creamy vanilla notes for a familiar yet new profile.” Asda is currently selling the Cherry Float flavour for £2 across UK supermarkets.
Pepsi's new flavours are expected to generate significant interest among soft drink enthusiasts, particularly those who have missed the Raspberry Ripple variant. The launch underscores the ongoing competition between major beverage brands to innovate and capture consumer attention.
