David Jones, aged 34 and of no fixed abode, has been charged with murder. He is scheduled to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on Friday 1 May. This development comes after Thomas Bowen, also 34 and of no fixed abode, was charged in connection with the same incident on 9 March. Bowen remains in custody on remand.
