The 36-year-old singer arrived at Southwark Crown Court for a pre-trial hearing before Judge Tony Baumgartner on Wednesday, January 28. Brown, dressed in a white jacket over a black shirt with grey trousers, was accompanied by security personnel as he entered the building.
During the brief eight-minute hearing, legal representatives provided updates on trial preparations. The court confirmed Brown's bail conditions would remain in place, requiring him to pay a substantial £5 million security fee as previously ordered.

Brown has formally denied assault occasioning actual bodily harm against Abraham Diaw at the Tape private members' club in Hanover Square's Mayfair district. The alleged incident occurred during the venue's Dirty Martini club night in 2023.
The prosecution claims Mr Diaw was struck multiple times with a bottle before being subjected to further physical assault. Brown also faces charges of possessing an offensive weapon in a public place and attempting to cause grievous bodily harm.
Appearing alongside Brown in the dock was his 39-year-old vocal coach Omololu Akinlolu, who has similarly denied assault occasioning actual bodily harm. Both defendants sat together during the proceedings.

As part of his bail arrangement, Brown has been permitted to continue his scheduled world tour under specific restrictions. The conditions require him to surrender his passport upon arrival in each country he visits during the tour.
