Discharge of Conditions and Advertisement Consents

Several applications involve the discharge of conditions from previously approved permissions. At land adjacent 98 Barnes Street, Clayton-le-Moors, the council is considering the discharge of Condition 3 (Materials), Condition 8 (Construction Method Statement), and Condition 9 (Surface water drainage scheme) under planning permission 11/23/0050.
