Yoga Sweat 2.0 Opens Community Studio at The Cube with Diverse Classes
New Yoga Studio Opens at The Cube with Hot Yoga & Meditation

A vibrant new community yoga studio has officially opened its doors on the seventh floor of The Cube in the city centre, marking an exciting expansion for local wellness provider Yoga Sweat. The launch of Yoga Sweat 2.0 at the end of January represents a significant evolution for the business, which was originally founded back in 2013 with a mission to create an inclusive space for people to explore various yoga styles and their benefits.

A Fresh Chapter for a Beloved Studio

Under new ownership since 2025, when Raman Devi took over the enterprise, Yoga Sweat has embarked on a transformative journey. Recognising the need to adapt and better serve its growing community, the decision was made to relocate to the prominent Cube venue. This move symbolises the beginning of Yoga Sweat 2.0, a refreshed concept that builds upon a decade of tradition while embracing contemporary approaches to health and wellbeing.

Comprehensive Class Programme for All Abilities

The studio boasts a diverse and extensive schedule of classes designed to cater to practitioners of every experience level, from absolute novices to seasoned yogis. The programme includes popular styles such as hot yoga, beginners yoga, Jivamukti, Ashtanga, Iyengar, rocket yoga, and dedicated meditation sessions. Each class is structured to make the physical and mental benefits of yoga accessible to modern, busy lifestyles, supporting holistic wellness through mindful movement and relaxation techniques.

Strengthening The Cube's Wellbeing Offerings

The arrival of Yoga Sweat 2.0 significantly enhances The Cube's existing lifestyle and wellness provisions, adding a dedicated hub for mindfulness, physical activity, and community connection. Lauren Tozer, senior facilities manager at The Cube, expressed enthusiasm about the new addition, stating that the studio introduces an exciting new dimension to their wellbeing portfolio. She highlighted how it provides visitors with a specialised space focused on health, balance, and self-care, noting that Yoga Sweat's strong community ethos aligns perfectly with The Cube's overall vision.

Owner's Vision for Community and Growth

Raman Devi, the owner of Yoga Sweat, emphasised that the studio has always been about more than just physical exercise. It aims to equip individuals with practical tools to navigate the stresses and busyness of everyday life. The relocation to The Cube allows the business to honour the strong foundation built since 2013 while creating an environment that supports the next phase of community development and engagement.

Classes are available from Monday through Sunday, with pricing starting from £15 per session. This new studio promises to be a valuable asset for city centre residents and visitors seeking a supportive space to enhance their physical and mental wellbeing through the practice of yoga.
