Essex County Council has made a traffic order introducing new no waiting at any time restrictions on sections of four streets in Great Baddow, Chelmsford. Plumtree Avenue, Great Baddow: both sides from 15 metres southeast of its junction with Gowers Avenue to 15 metres northwest of its junction with Gowers Avenue. Gowers Avenue, Great Baddow: both sides for 15 metres west from its junction with Plumtree Avenue. Park View Crescent, Great Baddow: both sides from the shared boundary of 40b and 40c Park View Crescent, extending south-east then north-east to the south-western boundary of 38 Park View Crescent. Worcester Court, Great Baddow: both sides for 10 metres south-east from its junction with Park View Crescent. The council will update its Chelmsford consolidation mapping by substituting tile references TL725 042 Revision 0 to Revision 1 and TL725 047 Revision 1 to Revision 2.
Lady Lane decision deferred
The decision on whether to replace a section of Permit Holders Only Monday to Saturday 8am to 11pm Zone 4 with No Waiting at Any Time on Lady Lane, Chelmsford has been deferred. If approved later, the change would be included in Part 2 of the same order.
