Nationwide Building Society has announced the appointment of Kim Dickinson as its new Lead Product Manager for Intermediaries, a move aimed at further strengthening broker support for the mutual's 16 million customers. Kim Dickinson's background and new role
Kim Dickinson brings extensive experience to the role, having spent the last 10 years at Virgin Money and Clydesdale Bank, where she managed relationships with hundreds of brokers. In her new position at Nationwide, which has branches in Birmingham, she will lead the intermediary proposition, ensuring that the building society continues to offer competitive, customer-first products shaped by broker insight and client needs.

Nationwide, which competes with major lenders such as HSBC UK, Santander, Lloyds, Barclays, NatWest, Bank of Scotland, RBS, Virgin Money, and The Co-operative Bank, views this appointment as a key step in enhancing its intermediary services.
