Havens Hospices has announced the return of its Glow for Havens event, calling on the community to make every step count for local families. After a successful first year, the community fundraising event will return for its second year on Saturday, September 19, following its achievement of raising more than £32,000 in vital funds for specialist care and support.
Event Details
The feel-good fundraiser will start at dusk, around 4.45pm, and is open to all ages. Participants can take part in a 5K or 12.5K walk through the beautiful woodland surrounding Little Havens and the picturesque setting of Hadleigh Castle. Attendees are encouraged to dress in their brightest outfits for an unforgettable evening experience.
Post-Walk Celebration
After completing the walk, participants can celebrate their achievements and keep the fun going at the event village with good food, drink, and a silent disco for just £3, making it an extra memorable evening.
What makes the evening truly magical is that, whether people are walking in memory of a loved one or simply enjoying a fun evening with family and friends, every step will help support Havens Hospices in continuing to provide care for families living with incurable conditions.

Every step you take supports local people of all ages living with complex or incurable conditions, helping them to make the most of every day. Tickets and Pricing
Adult tickets cost £18, child (16 and under) cost £12 and under-fives go free. There is an option to save with a Family Ticket, and a ticket upgrade option for the Silent Disco at £3 per person.
