Detectives have launched a public appeal after a man was assaulted inside a fast-food restaurant in the Black Country in the early hours of the morning.

Appeal for Witnesses Following Early Hours Attack

The incident occurred at approximately 1:30am on Wednesday, 3 December, inside the McDonald's branch situated on Station Drive in Brierley Hill. The victim was attacked within the premises, prompting a police investigation.

In the weeks following the assault, officers from West Midlands Police have been conducting extensive enquiries in the local area. As part of their investigation, they have now released images of two people they believe may hold vital information about the event.

The photographs appear to show two young men who were inside the restaurant around the time of the incident. In one image, one individual is seen wearing a baseball cap, while the other has his hood up.

A spokesperson for West Midlands Police stated: "Can you help our investigation into an assault in Brierley Hill? A man was in McDonald’s on Station Drive on Wednesday 3 December when he was assaulted at around 1.30am. We’ve been carrying out a number of enquiries and would like to speak to the two people pictured."
