Police have launched a public appeal for information after a teenager was left with an eye injury following an assault at a bar in Bromsgrove.

The assault took place in the early hours of Saturday, December 13, at the Slug and Lettuce on Bromsgrove High Street. Officers estimate the incident occurred at around 1am. The victim, a 19-year-old man, was assaulted and sustained a significant injury to his eye.

In an effort to progress their investigation, West Mercia Police have issued a photograph of an individual they are keen to identify. The person in the image was seen in the vicinity of the Slug and Lettuce at the time of the assault and is believed to potentially hold information crucial to the enquiry.
