Child Grabbed and Struck After Narrowly Avoiding Car Collision in Bromsgrove
A distressing incident unfolded on Birmingham Road in Bromsgrove, where a child was reportedly assaulted after a near-miss with a vehicle. According to West Mercia Police, the child ran out in front of a car, but the driver managed to stop in time, preventing serious injuries.
Woman Allegedly Attacks Child and Victim in Separate Altercation
However, the situation escalated when a woman grabbed the child and hit them on the head. Both then entered a vehicle. When a second woman attempted to photograph the vehicle, the suspect exited her car, smashed the victim's phone on the ground, and pulled her from the car by her hair during the altercation on Saturday, February 14.
Police have released an image of a woman they believe was in the area at the time and may have crucial information. A spokesperson stated, "Officers would like to speak with the woman in this picture as they believe she can help with their enquiries into an assault in Bromsgrove."
