Application Details and Eligibility Criteria

The next application window for the Everyday Essentials E-voucher scheme opens on Tuesday 3rd February at 1pm, with monthly application periods continuing until 31st March 2026. However, residents are urged to apply promptly as voucher numbers are strictly limited each month and the scheme may close early if all available funds are allocated.

To qualify for support, applicants must meet specific financial criteria:

  • Be aged 18 or over and living in Surrey
  • Have average household savings of £2,000 or less over a 90-day period
  • Maintain an annual household income under £27,007.50 before taxes and deductions

Successful applicants will receive either £200 for single-person households or £300 for households with children, with only one voucher available per qualifying household.

Surrey County Council has emphasised that all applications will undergo thorough verification using data from both the Department for Work and Pensions and council records.
