Trail Details and Amenities
The Nant Mill Waterfall is part of the Clywedog Valley Trail, which stretches 6.5 miles through beautiful countryside. The trail begins at Minera Lead Mines, passes through Nant Wood and Plas Power Wood, and continues past Bersham Ironworks, Erddig Estate, and on to King's Mill in Wrexham.
Adjacent to the ancient woodland and the River Clywedog, there is a picnic area and a play area. Parking is available at Minera Lead Mines and Country Park or at the Nant Mill car park, where it costs £1 per day. Blue Badge holders can park for free in any space without time restrictions.
The trail is pushchair-friendly and includes a visitor centre and toilet facilities. According to Wrexham County Borough Council, dogs are welcome but must be kept under control and on a lead in designated signposted areas.
