A brand-new, imagination-fuelled role play village has opened its doors at a Worcestershire farm shop, featuring a show-stopping double-decker bus as its centrepiece. Little Daydreams Role Play Café launched at The Farm Shop in Ombersley, offering children a miniature world to explore, from driving the bus to running their own flower shop.
Step Aboard the Magical Double-Decker Bus
Children can immediately climb aboard the iconic red bus to take the driver's seat, or explore its detailed kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom areas. The adventure continues upstairs, where a magical sensory room is accessed through the bottom of a tree. This calming space invites quiet play with books, puzzles, and games.
Explore the Outdoor Play Village and Facilities
Beyond the bus, the outdoor village is packed with themed areas designed for open-ended play. Youngsters can serve up treats at the little ice cream shed and mini kitchen, tend to pets at the vets, arrange blooms at the flower shop, or wash toy cars at the auto spa. There's also a sand shed, a bump track for wheeled toys, and a dedicated messy play room for artistic creation with paints and materials.
Co-owner Sarah Atkins explained the philosophy behind the venue: "At Little Daydreams, imaginations ignite, friendships flourish and learning comes naturally. Our child-led philosophy empowers children, allowing them to explore, discover and grow at their own rhythm through captivating flow play sessions… all the while the adults can relax with a great cup of coffee."
