Superdrug has announced a first-of-its-kind service for UK stores that delivers a make-up artist to your door in just 30 minutes. The health and beauty retailer is now available on Just Eat, offering beauty must-haves alongside health and wellness essentials with rapid delivery.
Make-Up Artist Delivery Service
To celebrate the partnership, Just Eat is launching a first-of-its-kind make-up artist (MUA) delivery service available in London and Manchester on Friday 8 May and Saturday 9 May. The launch comes as research reveals Brits lose an average of four hours a month to beauty blunders. In partnership with viral make-up artist CC Clarke, customers in London and Manchester can book one-on-one sessions, securing a last-minute beauty rescue when they need it most.
The sought-after slots, available to book via Eventbrite for the two days, will see CC delivered directly to recipients' homes. She will provide a 45-minute makeover using products from Superdrug, which can also be ordered through the Just Eat app.
Rapid Delivery of Essentials
With Superdrug now on Just Eat, the partnership offers a rapid solution for what they call 'glam jams,' covering the full spectrum of health and beauty essentials. From emergency mascara and winged eyeliner fixes to last-minute health supplies, suncare, and everyday toiletries, customers can have a wide range of products delivered to their doorstep in as little as 30 minutes.
Caroline Bates, Grocery and Retail Director at Just Eat, said: 'Superdrug launching on Just Eat means customers can now get their beauty essentials conveniently delivered on demand, whenever their glam doesn't go to plan. We're always looking at how we can make everyday moments easier and show up for our customers when it matters most. That's why we're delighted to team up with make-up artist, CC, to offer this first-of-its-kind trial and deliver a proper glam rescue.'
