Yungblud has been spotted back in Birmingham getting ready for his gig at Utilita Arena tonight, Thursday, April 23.
Many celebrities opt for meals at fancy restaurants, so it was refreshing to see the singer choose a tucked-away boozer that has been a staple in Birmingham for decades, just down the road from Black Sabbath Bridge.
He dropped into the canalside Tap and Spile on Gas Street, leaving patrons in awe.
Pub Owners Share the Moment
The owners posted photos and a message on Instagram: "We had none other than YUNGBLUD through the doors at Tap and Spile. What a moment."
They added: "Unreal energy, proper rock 'n' roll presence, and genuinely one of the nicest, most down-to-earth people you could meet. Still buzzing from it."
"If you're around, come find us - we're just a seconds' walk from the Black Sabbath bench. And don't forget to check out our Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osbourne feature wall inside. Safe to say... you never know who might walk in next."
Yungblud's Connection to Birmingham
Yungblud triumphed at Ozzy Osbourne's Back to the Beginning show at Villa Park last summer, where his rendition of Changes won him many new fans in the city and around the world.
He is currently playing a series of arena shows as part of his Idols UK and Ireland Tour, following the release of his Idols album last June.
