Cadbury Revives 'Made to Share' Chocolate Bars with 12 New Interactive Designs
Cadbury's 'Made to Share' Chocolate Bars Return with New Designs

Cadbury, the renowned Birmingham-based chocolate manufacturer, has announced the exciting return of its popular limited-edition 'Made to Share' chocolate bars. This revival introduces a fresh twist with twelve brand-new designs that aim to foster connection and appreciation through shared moments.

Innovative Packaging Celebrates Everyday Kindness

The relaunched bars feature interactive packaging that divides the chocolate based on playful scenarios reflecting common social interactions. For instance, one design splits the bar between "who sits on a bench and waits as the other person shops," while another distinguishes "who is always on time to hang out and those who are late." Additional themes include "who is in all the photos and who took all the photos" and "who launched it over the crossbar and who went and got it."

Brand Enthusiasm for Shared Experiences

Jessica Inzani, brand manager for Cadbury at Mondelēz International, expressed her delight about the relaunch. She stated, "We're absolutely thrilled to bring back our limited edition 'Made to Share' bars in 2026 with a whole host of new shareable designs. Because sharing brings us together, our Made to Share bars offer a fun and thoughtful way to show gratitude for all those little acts of generosity that may often go unnoticed."

Positive Consumer Reception

The new designs have already garnered praise on social media platforms. On Instagram, fans have described the concept as an "amazing idea" and a "genius packaging strategy," with one enthusiast exclaiming, "I loveeeee this idea." This positive feedback highlights the appeal of combining confectionery with meaningful social interactions.

Availability and Pricing Details

The limited-edition bars are currently being distributed across major supermarkets and convenience stores throughout the UK. They are available in two sizes:

  • A 95g bar with a recommended retail price (RRP) of £1.95
  • A 180g bar with an RRP of £3.34

Cadbury's Ongoing Innovation in Birmingham

This launch follows another notable achievement from Cadbury's operations in Birmingham. Recently, chocolatiers at Cadbury World in Bournville crafted what they claim is the world's largest Cadbury Creme Egg. This impressive creation stands 3 feet tall (90cm), comparable to the height of an emperor penguin, and weighs 45kg (7st 1lbs), similar to the average weight of a newborn horse. Painted with the iconic purple, gold, and red foil wrapper and filled with gooey fondant, it showcases the brand's commitment to creativity and excellence in confectionery.
